Standard shipping practice via either USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are variable dependent upon the size of the order and destination. As most all of the products offered are "personalized" items, our lead time from order placement is typically 5 days. Obviously, it is in our best interest to expedite the orders as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Standard order items can be returned within 15 days of receipt provided materials are still consistent with orginal order condition (additional shipping charges may be incurred). Custom order items including those for which customers have requested custom embroidery service may be subjected to a 40% restocking fee at the discretion of Samuel Cole Designs.
